Interior Painting and Staining

Damage will occur to your walls in your house when you start renting it to guests, this can be anything from scuff marks from footwear along baseboard to food stains and dirty handprints across walls and doors. If these stains cannot be removed, or you would just like to give your house a brighter more lively feel than the cream's, beige's and white's you see in most rental homes in this area, we can repaint your entire house, just one room or anything in between to any color your heart could desire. We recommend using Sherwin Williams for all our painting needs. You can see their range of colors using their visualizer here.

Preperation

When invited into your home, we will spend a lot of time in preperation for the job at hand. All of your furniture will either be moved to the center of the room away fromt he walls, or into an adjacent room, and covered with plastic to prevent any accidents occuring. Any and all outlet covers will be removed and placed aside in order for us to be able to cut in right up to the outlet. We will cover your floor with either plasitc tarps or cloth drop sheets and tape them into the side of the room to prevent movement from us working in the room.
When painting your baseboards or other trim pieces, walls will be painted first and then connecting wall sections will be taped off once dry to allow us to paint your trim precisely and right up to the wall.
