Exterior Painting and Staining
With the abuse of constant sunshine, inter-mixed with Florida's rainy season and frequent storms, the exterior of your home may begin to look a little bit tired. Sometimes Pressure Washing just isn't enough, or maybe you just want a new color. We recommend using Sherwin Williams for all our painting needs. You can see their range of colors using their visualizer here.
What are the Advantages of Re-Painting my House?
First of is the fact that when your villa is constructed, you are given a selection of maybe 5 or 6 colors to choose from so for every 6 houses on your subdivision there is another house painted the same as yours. You can pick your own color and really personalize your houses' exterior look.

Also, with Florida's shiting sands, houses tend to form stress cracks along mortar lines that appear through your stucco and paint work. After Pressure Washing your house to leave a clean surface for new paint to stick to, we will go around your house and fill all cracks we see with an Elastomeric Compound designed to fill cracks and flex with minute movements of your house, preventing those cracks from reappearing.
Repainting your house will also help your house to look fresh and new again. Over time paint starts to crack, peel and fade. Once repainted, your house will be good to go for at least 5 years depending on the quality of paint you select.
Why You Guys?
Well, why not us guys? We will give you the best price and recommendations to fit your budget for starters, but we also spend a lot of time in preperation for painting a house.
First we pressure wash everything to remove any peeling paint, dirt and mildew from the house, leaving us with a clean surface to apply paint to.
After pressure washing, we take a shovel and dig a 6" trench around the entire exterior of the house. We do this so that when applying your paint, we paint below ground surface. After the job is done, we put the dirt back and you will have a completely painted wall with now odd-colored grass or jagged paint-line just above the grass.
Next we go around the exterior of the house and fill any and all cracks we find from top-to-bottom using the Elastomeric Compound.
Finally, everything is taped off (windows, doors, pool equipment etc...) and we begin painting.
Generally, more than half a day is spent on the preperation work. But that time is spent wisely. For starters it means we have less work to do when cleaning up as there isn't paint spilt on windows or doors. Secondly, it ensures that we complete the job to the best of our ability and, more importantly, your satisfaction. The little things really do make a big difference.
